    hii everybody - Two types of Bans - Labor Ban & Immigration Ban

    Hi Dear ones, I just like to share my knowledge about UAE Labor and Immigration Bans.

    Labor Ban comes to a person who hold Labor card. If the person who did not complete at-least 2 yrs on his contract; he will get a labor ban of 6 months.

    Whereas a person who is not completing at-least one year from his visa- will get Immigration Ban of 01 year.

    Labor ban can be taken out with some options but Immigration ban could not be removed. And a person who has labor ban can come back to UAE on visit visa; whereas a person with Immigration ban could not enter to UAE in any visa. (No visa will get approval from immigration)

    Who has labor ban can move to free-zone without hassles and to Govt services too - as both these segments has no direct connection with Labor Dept.

    And the person who has ban can be lifted it up with below options:-

    Bachelor and above qualifications certificate with a high salary offer of above 12,000 DHS
    or secondary education certificate (With a lower position on contract) with salary above 5000 DHS
