    the case is complicated as they did not answer you. If they filed an absconding notice about you; then you could not come back to this country. If they just cancelled you without any troubles then no problem as immigration ban is for a max period of 1 yr on normal case.

    So i prefer you to go for a luck checking while the new company try to apply for your visa. if you have any problems here; then of-course the visa will not get approved
