    Confuse ban

    Mr.Sohail, I would like to ask your help regarding my ban status, I left Dubai last 2010 and I was for sure I am cleared when I contacted my employer our HR team, and last 2013 I went to Kuwait , I was hired by another employer after two months our hr of my employer in kuwait has spoken to me that my name was on the blacklist according to police record and ministry from kuwait, they have explain to me that my name was on red flag and has a case pending from Dubai, when they called my former employer in Dubai , it was informed that they did not file a case from me and I am cleared totally when I left Dubai last 2010. With all our astonishment that there. Is no case detail reported from Kuwait ministry only a case number filed against me. So they advice me to sent back home in my country, as I am not allowed to stay longer in Kuwait. We also wonder that if I have a ban case or whatsoever why in the first place I was granted a visa in Kuwait. And they can also detect me at airport immigration during my arrival that time. Until now I am still unclear on how it happen. They advice me to clear my name in Dubai but I have no record in Dubai, some also say it maybe a mistaken identity ? But how come it is the same my full name details appeared in Ministryolice of Kuwait. Until I am still confused and I cannot comeback since I have a lot of offers in middle east. Please can you help me to check my records even if it end to pay your service. Does it also affect in all GCC countries. As they said to me if I am blacklisted , I am not allowed to work in all GCC countries, but I don't know what is my case , I have not done anything wrong , I only exited Dubai legally.
