    The last case received to me was the same issue; which a person went to india on emergency and could not come back; the free zone company from Tecom area put absconding notice against the person; he got the information from his friends in this company. PRO also was his friend; who was on vacation when its happened. acting PRO did the legal things for him. his Friend, PRO, double checked and confirmed about the absconding report submitted by company.

    and the same happened to one of my close friend. He went for vacation and did not come back. PRo for the company also my friend. As per him the Manager of that company filed some cases against him with support of his lawyer and put absconding notice. Now my friend cannot come back to UAE.
