    Dear Ms. Joanita Salians,

    Good day.

    Unfortunately you will get 6 months ban from Ministry of Labor as long as you have used pink visa, but you can get another visa if:

    1) New company doesn't have labor system.
    2) New company will provide you at lest salary of AED 5000 and you are carrying certificate attested from UAE MOFA at lest 12 standard.
    3) To wait for 6 months from date of cancelation, then you will be able to apply another visa anywhere in UAE without any problem.
