    Some doubts

    Hi Friend,

    I have some doubts to be cleared.

    1) I came in visit visa to UAE and after a long tiresome effort, I got a job and they issued Employment visa to me and I changed the visa status after exiting the first one. The job I got is not a field which I have no experience. So, the salary is very low. I completed the medical formality now and waiting for the next process of visa stamping. Now, a company has offered me a job with a good salary and this one is my own experienced line.

    My doubts are: (a) whether, I can uplift the ban (after I cancel my present visa) by paying a 5000AED?
    (b) whether I can join in the new company and get new visa if the present employer release a N.O.C.?

    Next situation is: One company in my nation, ask me to act as their representative to meet their clients in UAE on part time work basis. Is this legally possible here in UAE?

    Another one is: Can I do a consultancy job as part time, if I get a Freelance consultancy Trade Licence from authority?

    All these part time job seeking is to get some extra income as my present job is low salaried one.
