rongqi Li: I have been to Humanitas but not yet to the coffee event. It just started last month and began with at least 20 people. I'm still learning Dutch; I just need to practice more! :)

The coffee event on Thursdays at Humanitas is not a course but instead a place to practice Dutch. However, beginning next Tuesday from 9:15am-11:15am, a new Dutch course will be held through Connect International. It lasts for four Tuesdays and costs 40Euro for all four classes.Besides the RUG, Zernike College and Noorderport College also offer Dutch courses. Depending upon certain situations, the gemeente may pay for some or all of the Dutch courses. When I first came here, I wish someone had told me all of this at once, but I learned over the course of several months what the options for learning Dutch were.
