for opening a nursery in dubai you must go through following points
• Submit online application through Ministry of Social Affairs website.
Documents Required:
• Passport copy
• Family Book copy (Jinsiya)
• Education Certificate of the owner
• Police Clearance Certificate
• One Photo
• Undertaking letter in Arabic stating that you will appoint a UAE National as Manager
• Location Map of the proposed building with address
• Nursery License Application (available at Ministry on CD) singed by the applicant.
• Acquaintance Document/Introductory Statement (if any)
