It is rather a complicated process to open a nursery here, as you need to meet all regulatory requirements under the ministry of social affairs and understand the legal requirements in support of the licensing for the nursery as this particular license is a sole establishment owned by a Emirati with full power of attorney transferred to the manager and expat owner and find a suitable premises that also meets the commercial stipulation and requirements.
I would suggest meeting to better understand the processes and limitations as this will also have a cost impact on the business model etc.
