    This means that now you have to chamber your online application kindly verify if your application is chambered otherwise your status will not change. If you have done chamber on application than there might be a MOFA system problem or you can check with chamber office...but I am sure your application is not chambered yet...without chamber nobody from MOFA will entertain your application. Because once you chamber your application then your application process will start & you will receive this message.
