    whom so ever trying to get visit visa from dammam MOFA. there a lot of delay due to huge application. after 54 days,i got my visa today. if the status is REQUEST RECIEVED, you will sure get your visa, but we need to have little patience. on the track you can call and check the number of mofa on extn:1053. they don't pick up all the time. but if they pick up, they will ask ur number . once they check means it might process soon. from my personal experience there is no point in visiting counters asking update(even if it is with ur pro or sponsor). instead you can try visiting mudheer(sultan)if the guy around allows you.

    other update regarding permanent visa : your company salary letter is no more accepted in istiqdam(as of now in eastern province),instead you will have to submit your salary certificate as of from GOSI. no attestation or no chamber is needed if you get that.
