    you can go here in kuwait maybe for 1 week.hotel can process your visit visa.,but you cannot stay your bf in the hotel cause its illegal.maybe you can meet other place.but just be careful,because here in kuwait if your caught having an affair and you cannot produce some documents.you will be imprisoned for 10yrs.this is a muslim country.you must abide their laws.if your a couple theres no problem.but your not still married.thats the problem.if hotel will ask you what is ur purpos of visit prepare an answer that they will convince.dont tell that you will viist your bf cause i know they will not allow..
