    Yes Of course, they do... Learning a language is a way to improve communication between people.
    Children don't learn grammar the way we do before speaking native tongues, because the process is natural. It's a dialect between children and their relatives right from birth. They start with identification of sound, and so the child goes with the process within 3-5 years period and can even take up to 7-8 years. That’s why you see them learn languages in primary schools too.
    You may not observe it but the process is continuous while the child grows.
    For adults or foreigners, you have to make it academically to get better results within a short timeThis is not only pertaining to Russian; it is applicable to all languages.
