    Dear Marc,

If you have already entered here on employment visa, then you will get 6 months labor ban upon its cancellation. Company cannot ask you to give compensation for the visa; and of-course first six months is probation period which employee and employer to understand each other. If you feel that this place is not good enough to work, please proceed to the company and tell them to cancel your visa process.

Tell them you will not be going to pay any penny and you have good outside support about labor and emigration law. Tell them that you are going to proceed to Labor Department for a complaint about mental harassment from the company. and it is better to make call to toll free number 800-665 in-front of them. UAE Ministry of Labor is really assisting against Harassment and out-of law activities. They cannot put an absconding against you when you are still here; and better before them you may proceed to Labor department and explain the facts.
(At-least call the call center and introduce your self with Name passport number and the company name - and tell them company told you not to come to office if you do not like to work and they threaten you to pay AED 2600 to cancel the visa ; else they will file Absconding. so you are in safe side that they cannot tell that you are not appearing to office)

If you are getting a better offer with above AED 5000 and you are using your secondary education certificate then you can come out from labor ban. or Graduation certificate and offer above AED 7000

    All the best

    Sonu

Sir/Ma'am i don't want to continue and i want to find another job. The company ask me to pay 2,600 AED for the processing cost its a big amount of money for me sir and and they tol me to file an absconding case if i will not pay I think, I don't have a choice but to pay them. Sir/Ma'am i want to know if i can have a labor ban even if i have not undergone medical examinations and what should i do to lift the ban? I came here in dubai as visit visa and re-enter last December 23, 2013 on an employment entry visa which is valid until february 19, 2014 and on this January 23, 2014 it will be one month. Please help me on what to do an have mercy.

I went back home using amnesty 2012-2013... Then after 6 months my friend tried to apply me a new visa again, it was last August 2013... The agency said that i got immigration ban.... Then i asked some help from other friend to check what kind of immigration ban i got. Then my friend ask he's friend to check my name in the system. He's friend is a PRO. Then my friend told me that i got a 1 year ban... The question is after my 1 year ban, it will be automatically removed in the system or they have to remove it manually?

If you have an immigration ban due to early cancellation of visa within one year.. then you will 've a ban for one year. It will be automatically cleared after ban period. But if your profile is black listed due to any reason; then it will be for life long and will not get cleared

    thanks for the reply.

so the issuance of visa means the ban is lifted? or it is still possible that a visa could still be issued even you have an immigration ban? thanks.

if your file is black listed with immigration you cannot come on any visa... i recommend you to make a trail while applying for a tourist/ long term visa
