Compared to other countries qatar has a priority on women specially the qatari women. Also any women living in qatar will be given a greater respect specially because the law is favoring the women. in other words you could say it is well secured.
especially there are many nationalities and different education level people working and majority of men so there should be a strict rule.But it is obvious how the women will live.
no one can harass a women in qatar not even to tease it is a matter of fact calling 999 to the police. the person who had committed will be punished.
