Yes you can wear them, but better avoid them in public places like malls etc.
It is still considered to be quite indecent to flaunt your skin, legs, and it is correct,
as Cookie has said, it is a wonderful place, quite safe than west, or East.
don't worry much about the drss code, come here, you would know what to wear and what not to!! you can even find bikinis in private beaches!!
