Please help me about my visa problem.

Sir.
I want to know is there is any way to solve my problem ? and from my old sponsor agree to give me any paper or any sign whatever. already he give me no objection latter. they told me if i can transfer my visa they donot have any problem but if cannot i need to go my country and they will give me 200 dinar return. the problem is i dont want money return. i want to stay Bahrain. Please advice me or guide me what i will do now ? Because i cannot trust anybody. maximum people are cheat. weating for your response..............Thanks & God bless you.
