Problem of my employer cause I don't want to renew my visa

What should I do if I don't want to renew my contract but my boss told he will put me in a blocked list if I didn't renew? And I checked my visa status now. My legal status:employment is in progress what will I do ma'am/sir maybe he will cancel me as soon as possible or he will make story that I runaway. Cause my visa will expired on 16-June-2014 and I have prob cause all of us we have finger print and signature In a blank paper... Plz help
