I am now 1month jobless since they do this to me. Actually sad to say that almost I did left money allowances for my self since I did not expected this will happen to me. What I had from my previous company is I send it all for buying a land in my country. And now I dont have even to pay my flat now. Is there any law of lmra to apply my case of lossing my job beacuse of what they do to me? I had been almost 6yrs in my previous job. Just I resigned beacuse of there very good promises to all the applicants. I had the offer letter signed by me and the company, it clearly states that I have a 35Bd housing allowance and 20Bd for transportation. Do you think I can demand them out of they let me pending my job instead of letting me to work while the visa if it is on process? Thank you! God will bless you too...
