    You said you are new in Kuwait so I'll give you the directions to the institute.

    On their site they have mentioned that it's in Salmiya and Kuwait City.

    For Samiya:
    I hope you know Royal Hayat Hospital in Jabriya. Take 4th Ring road from that point and go towards Salmiya. There will be a fly over on that road. After crossing that Fly over, check on your left side and you will find Fatima Clinic before Gas station. You can take the Uturn and go to Fatima Clinic. They have mentioned that it is behind Fatima Clinic.

    For Kuwait City:
    Take 5th Ring road to Jahra not to Salmiya. When you are in 5th ring road, take 50th ring road to Kuwait City.
    There are two signals at the end of the road before bridge. After crossing the signals go straight on the road which is passing under the brigde. At the end of the bridge, go to the right side. (You can see Kuwait Tower on your left side) .
    Go straight on that road and there will be another signal at the round about. Before that signal on your right side there is one white six story building. This is called Ghannam Buildinh. High studies is in that building from 1st floor to 4th floor. Administration is on the second floor. Go to second floor for inquiry.
    For car parking, Before the round about signal, there is a small road on the right side. Enter in that road and you can find the parking on your left side.
