    your welcome Shakib, try googling it "TIES center in kuwait" and it should come up.
    Im vacationing right now so not in kuwait.
    From what I know off hand:
    levels 1-4 arabic classes are offered, might be about 20kd or so not too sure.
    Different day's for different levels offered so kind of flexible if you work.
    They offer good classes and have some good teachers as well.
    I'm still in the process of learning both Arabic and Kuwaiti too, also someone else mentioned some internet sights that help too, like madeena arabic, try googling it too and might be helpful. starts with letters and how to pronounce each one.
