I took the MVV exam in Nov 2011. Which is the same as now, KNS, TGL and GBL.
KNS- is easiest to pass just need to remember the picture book. You will be given a picture book. You will be shown a picture book and the questions asked is the same as the questions you studied for in the Naar Nederland package.
TGL- Is a moderately easy to pass. Just try to repeat the words/ phrases as good as you possibly can. You will rely solely on what you hear to repeat via a headphone. Also simple questions and opposites will be asked here. Watch out for the 'R' where you must stress the pronunciation Rrrrrr. The 'G' where it has to sound like you are growling, 'ch' also carries the sound of the 'G'. And the combinations for example 'Groot' 'Graag' ...
GBL- is not that hard, it's all about how well you understand the language. You will be given a test paper to read and select the answer. There are several parts to this test, there is 'fill in the blanks' , again it's all about practice and how well you understand the language.

Here is a source I used to help me with the TGL and GBL part of the exam

PS: I've shared this site with others who are also taking the MVV exam. And I notice some of the questions from the actual exam could be found here too.

    Good luck!
