I am also suffering from the same situation.I asked my kafeel for final exit and he agreed but i am not sure that he will give me final exit or exit re entry. In my opinion if you are sure that they will ban you from ksa. then you should go on exit re-entry and return to ksa immediately after few days. then wait for the iqama expiry. after expiration of your iqama you can transfer to any company without your company approval (within grace period until 3 Nov-13)..... (That was my opinion and i am not expert or legal advisor)
