    thanks for the update info:
    For my case they use bar code reader to verify COC stamp them they check the web site status print out then they ask me about my orignal iqama...then he start writting some thing my application and he told me go .....

    So, believe if u don't have application with COC ....there is no issue they just verify the stamp.
    If they have any issue speak with them they listen u.....Better to visit personally....
