    Bro,
    I would suggest you to apply yourself using the online portal. Take someone who knows Arabic. Only the name of the visitor should be in English.
    Fill the form and take it to your HR for signatures and company stamp
    Then go to Coc for stamping and tafeel (if you are in Jeddah)
    Then wait for the response on the system
