    Dear Arsalan Ali.

    I am facing same problem of degree attestation.
    my company is not giving me the letter for saudi culture to attest the degree--foolest people i saw uptill now in life.
    some one (from india) his degree was not attested from saudi culture and embassy from home country, he submit his documents to saudi engr council and he took approval letter from saudia engr council to jawzat that he is engr -change into engr visa and he changed his profession, today i will call this guy to ask more questions,but you have to submit the application and let see what they will say to you.
