    The place of issue in the Iqama will be updated when it's renewed.
    If it is renewed in Dammam, it will show Dammam in your Iqama.
    It it is renewed in Khobar, it will show Khobar in your Iqama.

    You have to re-apply with a fresh application online after you receive your renewed Iqama.
