    I will share to you the requirements I submitted to the embassy. REUNIFICATION VISA joining your husband in Belgium 1) Personal appearance with appointment at 1909-101-45-45(via pldt phone -ur phone should have IDD calls or else you cannot connect in this number) via Globe landline 1-900-101-45-45 Bayantel phone - 1-903-101-45-45 2) Passport valid at least 12 months from the date the application is siubmitted. 3) Duly completed and signed application form with 2x2 passport size colored photo. 4) Birth certificate of the applicant (that is you) on NSO and authenticated by the DFA 5) Copy of the Identity card of the spouse residing in belgium who is an Belgian citizen r an EU national. 6) Family composition of the spouse residing in Belgium who is a Belgian citizen or an EU national called " Composition de Menage/Samenstelling Van Het Gezin" to be obtained from the municipality in belgium. (where your fiancee reside, this is original copy, in dutch within 6 months) 7) Residence Certificate of spouse residing in Belgium who is an Belgian citizen or an EU national to be obtained from the municipality in Belgium.(original copy, in dutch within 6 months) 8) Registered proof of lodging from the bank. ( they've also asked my husband land title, its good that i have it with me) I think they will accept if ur fiancee is renting an apartment. 9) Health Insurance covering you. My husband asked the insurance office to put my name there. They require to see your name here. added requirements: your fiancee' s like proof of income at least 6 months and recent. This is for Reunification Visa. For Spouse: this is you 1- Marriage certificate of the applicant on NSO security Paper, authenticated by DFA 2- Proof of Civil Status of the applicant before marriage. If I were you I will get it now and authenticated. Its ok if it is within 6 months. Once you get this go to DFA right away. it will took 3 to 5 days to pick up. If single Certificate of Single Statuts called CENOMAR If i were you get it now. 3- If annulled- or divorce certificate on NSO authenticated by the DFA 4 - If widow Death Certificate on NSO authenticated by the DFA This is what I submitted. Requirements from you and your husband. Follow this. NBI is also the recent one. God bless and work it out now. Because when you place your appointment through phone they accepted 2 applicants in a day. So its first come first serve basis. God bless.
