Belgium forum < timeline for fiancee visa?

    they told me it takes 3 months to get teh declaration of marriage i not know that there is lot of papers that need to comply before to get the declaration of marriage in belguim i am here in the philippines and my fiancee is in belguim i was interview in oct 31 and the interviewer said it must be ASAP because it only taes by 3months to comply all. i have red ribbon my birth certificate, my barangay clearance, my cenomar and legalized it also here... then i not know that aside from declaration of marriage my fiancee there in belguim must get also certificatu de coutume wat is taht he cannt get a declaration of mariage without it also and he must go to philipine embassy but it have alot of requriements again... i dont know wat to do, the belgian emabssy the iunterviewr is soo sarcastic there in manila. my questions is, wat is the i must sign about wat i must sign? and pls i dont know wat to do. we have no idea if we can done this at the time the embassy told usonly 3 months.plssssssssssssssssssss help me here
